Downsizing means many things have to go, including my beloved Alfetta GTV Race Car. I have owned this car for over 25 years and competed in club events, interclub events as well as the NSW Hill Climb Champonship in it. The car was originally prepared by Auto Delta a long time prior to my purchase and has been garaged as a competition vehicle for most of its life. I have not competed recently and now with failing health unlikley to return. I was contemplating turning it back into a road car as it is solid and straight, despite years of competition.
Inside it has its original alloy cage, covered by the fact it was logbooked originally with this, along with a modern drivers seat and less modern racing passenger seat. It has Girling front calipers off an open wheeler and a twinspark gearbox and diff, The exhaust is a bit leaky and comes out in front of the left wheel. The engine is strong but could do with a good tune. Logbook will come with the car.
I have another set of 15x7 rims not on the car as they are ready for new rubber which will come with the vehicle. I also have almost everything to build a new motor, but have not got around to doing so, and will consider throwing this in as well, subject to final agreed price.
